I received an ad via fax advertising an 8 day 7 night Caribbean cruise with companion airfare. After payng the advertised payment, I started receiving vouchers with requests for additional money, with no cruise in sight. And finally I was told the the companion airfare could not be used with the cruise. I have been trying to get my money back - I booked 5 couples for $2500.00. This started in April and has been ongoing since then. I have called, emailed and had an attorney send a letter, all to no avail. They hang up on you - fix it so your phone number is refused by their system - and lie outright to you when you do talk to them. Can you help?
