I have tried to email them to cancel the charges from being added on after the introductory price. They state that if I do nthing they will charge $55 every 30 days but the email they provide fails and when I try to go back tot he original website to find a phone number you cannot access the original website. Banks being as much help as they are can do nothing to assist, short of cancelling thr credit card to stop any charges from being processed.
