My son purchased minecraft months ago and all has been going relatively well until recently now he cannot even get onto the game and I have been to their help page and tried all things listed and nothing works. I have been trying to find a contact to file my complaint with and can't find any information on who or what to contact so I am filing this complaint. Maybe someone will see this and help. So I guess my complaint would have to be there is no customer support available to help fix this problem and when we log on it says our account is fully active.
