I wanted to change my service provider for computer and phone, so went and asked at Dodo. They messed me around with so much stuff, NEVER answered my written question until I said to forget about the whole shibang, then Only one question was answered without success.
When I told them to cancel the whole lot because my email still does not work, I am fed up with evasive answers, I can't let my relatives overseas know what's going on, they are now threatening me with $500 early cancellation fees. I was not able to understand the sales people on the phone, so asked them to write to me instead, I told them why I did not want phone conversations with them. If you can understand 1 word in 100, your doing well. I am not being rude, but with their accents, it is impossible to make any thing out right. I am an aged Widow pensioner, I tried to explain things to them, but before I could blink, I was signed up for 24 months for something that doesnt work properly, nor do I have answers to why not.
Would you please advise as to what to do, I don't have that kind of money, I don't even have enough to pay my $250 gas bill in one hit.
