As in other cases reported above, I got a call from my bank (Citibank) saying there was a suspicious activity. The name jdibilling apppeared. The bank canceled the charge and would send me a new card. Looks like they are based in the UK (but who knows) which I visited in April. Have no idea how they got hold of my card number.
