My mother and my father has used this one law firm for over 30yrs. My sister's husband, Judge Cedric Bush, who my mom and dad never had a care in the world for, had my mom, if she did do the Will or understood the Will, signed it with the total mispelling of her name. I didn't find out about Atty. Bailey until my mom's roommate told me to check with him after my mom's death 23July 12. I couldn't believe what the Will stated after over 2 weeks, after my mom's death of waiting on because Atty. Bailey told me that he needs to find the copy of the Will. And during the same convosation which he was very rude to me, also told me that he's not doing anything until Lisa, my sister, comes over to see him. Being from a very small town, people do talk, and our family was well known because of my father's funeral home. Now Judge Bush before becoming anyone important, walked into my fater and mother's house after being told not to come inside. He as well as my sister went inside anyways, and Cedric Bush, disrespected both my dad and mom by telling my mom to sit down and shut up. Then a few years later, when my mom went to they house to speak to my sister about some wrong doing of the funeral home or mishanding of money, my sister called Cedric Bush to the house, which they got under using the funeral home. He walked in, and at this time my mom was in her early 60's, Cedric began pushing my mom towards the door while telling Lisa to call th police which she did on her on mother. This is to give you what type of control this man have on my sister. Once I found out that Atty. Bailey is buddies with Judge Bush, I knew that I had to show this Will to a lawyer here in Killeen, Tx who said that the Will doesn't seem right. She was not just shocked of the Wll which included the funeral home, but a lot of other property, assets, insurance, ect. I have the original Will of my dad which was probated that was made on 23 Sept 04 as well as the one my mom done on the same day. I was always my dad's shadow who not only told me, but a lot of others that he was close too which wasn't many, that he did not work so hard for that funeral home to let Cedric Bush live off of it. That was the purpose that my dad and mom's Will was updated on the sameday which both stated the same. My sister knew that my mom was on her dying bed, but her priority was to go on this Judge convention with her husband 3-4 days of my mom's death. And even though she was told about my mom's death on that Monday, even though she was in Mississippi, she didn't come home til that Thursday. I really kept in touch with my mom on a regular, even begging my sister to have her medavac to Memphis for the best care, she refused. I'm disable, my dad is a WWII Veteran, my husband is a Ret. Army DV with a Purpl Heart and Bronze Star, and I have 2 sons who's serving now in the Army that I'm very Proud of all, but still my huband and I struggles to provide with 3 kids. Other than that, once I got myself mentally together even though we didn't know how we were going to make it, but me and the 3 kids got there sooner than they had exspected. I seen my mom's van parked in front of the funeral home which was suppose to be at her home which she had no legs to drive. Thatwas the only time I sen that van witin almost of two weeks of being in town. My dad who pasted on 16 Sept 05', his military headstone as well as another WWII Vet' headstones are still inside of an dark room and the other in a dark closet. There's so much to say, but I'm getting very emotional right now because I have no parents anymore, especially my dad. I really appreciate a call. I just want what's right for the family like my dad seriously last wishes states as well as my mom original one on the same day which included everything other than just money. I'm willng to be proven on a lie dector's test if need be that my sister, Lisa, Judge Cedric Bush, her husband, as well as Judge Bush friend, Atty. Bailey solely took advangtatage of my mom who also was near blind.
