I responded to a customer survey which then said I was eligible for a free gift. I chose the deadseakit for which I paid the postage and packaging charges. This was the only charge indicated. I was subsequently charged for the product, priced as above. I wopuld not have bought this product, at this price and only submitted my choice on the terms offered. It was a survey site that comes up frequently when I access the bbc site.
