After paying for my Buick to be repaired going on everything they called and said needed done. The repairs to my engine didn't hold up three months after. When i call haigler and let them know they sent a tow truck. Couple of days later after their diagnosis Mr. Haigler said i needed another engine and said he would repair at my cost. After reminding him they was the last to work on it he got irate started cursing and said my car already had high mileage, i let him know in a calm manner if mileage and replacing the engine the first time would have been fine instead of me spending 2000.00 on a blown head gasket and the engine going out less than 3 months late. Needless to say last conversation was two years ago, waiting on a meeting with him and his front counter manager who was the only nice person i dealt with. Still waiting on that call I very patient, have to be can't get upset I'm a multiple stroke survivor!!
