Can you possibly help me to know that you did in fact live in Victoria at the apartment at one point? Can you tell me, how far of a walk is it to downtown? What is the nearest mall? How long of a drive to UVic? What are the nearby landmarks/businesses?

Also, is there a building manager I can call at 1655 Begbie Street’s apartment complex? Could you please give me his/her phone number?

Hello again?

I will fill out this application info. When I get home from work late tonight. The place looks very suitable for me because I am in my final year of studies, so I need a quiet place to myself to ensure good study habits. I will look at the exterior in person on the 3rd, and if it is a good location in terms of buses to/from UVic and a relatively short bike ride away from campus, I can pay two months’ rent up front (damage deposit). The inside looks lovely! I would take really good care of it?
Rest assured I would be looking to move in right away (for September until at least Jan., and possibly until April or August).
It looks like it is situated between downtown Victoria and UVic, which is also really convenient.

Bye for now,

Thank you,

Lisa Scott

Hi Joshua?

Thank you for the quick reply! I would prefer to be within walking distance of UVic (how far away is the place by foot)? According to MapQuest, it’s 12 mins by car, 1h19m walking? I am studious and won’t have people over being rowdy or anything since it’s my 4th (final) year of my courses. I am very tidy & studious and have had good experiences renting in the past with UVic on campus housing. I am planning to swing by the SPCA to give a somewhat timid cat a nice, quiet, safe home. I would be renting a minimum of 4 months (I am on the waitlist for UVic’s on-campus housing, so might get in for January; however, if your place is close to UVic/affordable/nice, I’d be willing to stay through until April and possibly through the summer as well? I will definitely go to that address and view the place on the 3rd of September…. Do you have any pictures you could email me?

Much appreciated,

Lisa Scott

Hello,

Thanks for getting back to me, I am very glad you are interested in renting my apt. I am married for 15 years and blessed with a daughter, very hard working, religious... I am now located in Portland, Oregon on exhibition and won't be returning to the apt until a 2 years.

I am looking for responsible tenant that is going to be taking good care of my apt while i am away and i will be trusting you that you are going to be taking good care of my apt as i left it, the apartment is for long term and short term lease is also acceptable. Here is the address of the apt 1655 Begbie St, Victoria, BC V8R 1L5. The rent is $400 per month which include all the utilites and the Damage Deposit is $200 and it will be refunded back to you at the end of your stay in the apartment.

The Apartment is furnished. I will like you to tell me your experience with renting. I was wondering maybe i can send you the application form for you to fill out. Also i will like to know when you want to take possession of the apartment so that we can discuss how to get the keys and neccessary documents to you.

I await your prompt response ASAP.

Joshua
