Tryed to reach customer service to see what happened to my nuwave oven that was shippped on aug. 18. Can't get any one to answer, just recordings that I left numerous messages with no respond!!! I ordered this product over the phone and they have took the money out of my account, $250.00. I do not know what to do if I don't get anyone on the phone to actually talk too.
