Same story as others — NO notification of membership fee of $39.99. Also, after a week of sending multiple e-mails and phone calls, most were not returned. Customer service couldn't tell me what the status of "pending" meant and that they would have to call their shipping department. I asked to hold during this process and they couldn't do that and they promised (yeah, right) to call me back - nothing! I ended up cancelling my Visa card to try to stop the payment from coming through, reporting my card as "scammed". Stay far, far away!
