My car was broken into my purse was taken my direct express card was used to withdrawl money that was left on my card. I phoned direct express on the same day to report the theft of my card and they told me it was used to withdrawl money at an atm, for which i did not authorize. They are refusing to replace the money due to conflicting info regarding my pin number. I also mailed a letter the same day i phoned them, disputing the charge.
