I received one of those letters from NHWA. Saying I would get $3 per. Envelope I stuff&send so I sent $30 plus $10 for shipping and handling. THEY SAID I would receive the package in 7 to 10 days. Well 2 weeks went by I realized I just got scammed. Is there any chance I can get money back. Isent money orders should I contact them?
