I applied for the FREE 30 day Trial for £3.95 postage and a payment of £57.95 was taken from my account less than 2 weeks later. Even if i knew i had signed up to a monthly payment plan surely they should have given a full 30 days before taking any payments.
Its the first time i have ever done this kind of thing and i am so dissapointed. I cannot afford these prices which is why the offer seemed so good in the first plaice.
I have been in touch with my bank and they have stopped any more payments from going out but i am still £57.95 out of pocket.
I recieved another kit yesterday that i didnt ask for and am sending it back with a letter to the address in Israel as i dont know where else to send it. Hopefully this will be the end of the matter. Dont suppose they will refund my money though...
