I bought several pairs of shoes and the payment was taken through Fashion pay, the shoes never arrived, tried emailing but no luck - no one responded. Have had to just say good bye to the money.
I have the email receipt from the payment as proof, but there is no link to the company i bought the shoes from. So nothing more i can to try and get the money back.
