On February 4th I ordered a subscription to Magazine City for Cheri. On September 25th I sent you an e-mail about my change of address. On December 26th, I sent e-mail letting you know that I have not received any issue of the subscription I paid. On January 30th, I sent e-mail letting you know that I have not received any issue of the subscription I paid. On February 17th, I sent e-mail letting you know that I have not received any issue of the subscription I paid. On March 13th, I sent e-mail letting you know that I have not received any issue of the subscription I paid. On March 17th I received an answer from custumer service 4 (Christine) apologizing about the problem and answering if I want my susbscription or my money back. On March 17th, I answered that I prefer my money back and I gave her my postal address for the reinbursement. On April 12th, I answered customer service 4 (Christine) that I prefer my money back and I gave her my postal address for the reinbursement. Today, June 5th, I ask the same when can receive my money back? No did not answer. Now I try again. I just want justice. Thank you very much for your time.
