Ehr/chrysler plant voc is a pool of contaminated ground water lying underneath an area surroundin the behr-dayton thermal plant it releases toxic gases that can travel up through soil and into structures above ground this happened throughout the community of McCookField area Parkside homes was in the center of these toxics Information was givin to Janet, Jenner& Suggs. LLC to start a class action law suit after about a year Janet, Jenner& Suggs LLCX sent a letters out saying they will only represent property owners that lived the area oviously there were people that lived in Parkside homes apt that did not own property I was one these people the contaminant has been in the area as far back as the 90's i lived in parkside twice and my complaint is WHY SHOULD BEHR/CHRYSLER PLANT POSION PEOPLE AND BASICALLY GET AWAY WITH IT NOT OFFERING NO RECOMPENSE WHY ARE WE A SEPERATE ENTITY THAT'S BEEN POISONED THE LAW FIRM SAYS YOU WILL HAVE TO SEE A DOCTOR AND GET A INJURY ATTORNEY AND THEY SAID BY THE WAY YOU DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME TO DO THIS I HAVE 3 CHILDREN THAT LIVE WITH ME IN PARKSIDE HOMES AND ONE NEWPHEW I HAD CUSTODY OF THREE OF THE CHILDREN HAVE PROBLEMS WITH PHYBROIDS ONE HAVE BREATHING PROBLEMS AND I DON'T KNOW WERE TO BEGAN WITH MY HEALTH PROBLEM AND ONE WITH NO APPARENT PROBLEM ECEPT HE SEEMS A LITTLE OFF. What's the problem. If you found out you were drinking, breathing, cooking bathing and even the grass you walked on was contaminated with toxic gases and the plant knew it how would you feel, not very well i'm sure thanks for letting me vent.
