I met a man named Ken Gibson who claimed to do modifications. He introduced me to a man named Fred Vetensky. He showed me all of these credentials and told me how he was friends with all the bank owners. He caught me at a vulnerable moment. I had just filed for a divorce due to a bad husband. I was trying to modify my properties as we all know that we all overpaid for these properties.
Long story short - They sent kent gibson to strong arm me one day to get the 4,000.00. They contacted one bank, made promises then never did anything else. I have a recorded conversation where Fred Vetensky, in his office, in front of all of his staff where he personally promises me to return my money if he did not modify. Soon after they closed the office and Fred moved to Biscayne Blvd. And from there disappeared. The man is a terrible lair and the only reason I trusted him was that I was desperate and drowning.
