He will promise to fund a loan by using his land or property as collateral. He will state the fee is $2,000.00 per $ 100,000.00 needed to refinance or purchase your transaction. Offers a very low interst rate and claims he can close in 30 - 60 days. He will issue a loan commitment letter to stop foreclosure or negoitate a purchase or short sale. He claims he is receiving the cash to fund your deal from Walls Street investors. The cash is released to him by using his land or property as the collateral to fund your deal at closing/settlement. Do not give this man your money. He will stop accepting calls from you once he has the funds. He is not afraid to cash checks at the bank as of yet.
