I have been blocked, the lady and I certainly want to make contact and out of the 'blue' I have been blocked totally. No explanation just blocked after spending a sizeable amount. Even if it's a glitch. Should have been able to contact earlier and easely to ensure this did not happen. Now I'm not only that much poorer, I am left with the itch I was meant to have been able to fix. Paul P
