On August 23 I receied via US Mail a Disbursement Advisory notifying me that on
August 20 I was confirmed by a Data
Audit to have won $2,997, 500.00 and that I was to sign the Folio Release and send $20.00 for registrant fees. The notice said that I had alread won the money and would be sent to me in 30 days. The notice was signed by Nathan Lazar, Payment Agent. Can you check the ligitamacy of this company. Iff this is not true then I would like to file a US Mail Fraud againt this company.
