Yesterday I called your customer support line and shared with them my concerns and complaints. The man from INDIA told me that within a couple of hours his supervisor would send me an e-mail for a list of the coupon codes for my certificates. I still have not received the codes.
My Discover card has been charged for the following:
On July 28 I signed up for the zbiddy.com program.
I made bids on several items on the following dates and I have not received anything.
July 28th - $99.00
July 29th - 2.99
July 29th - 3.67
July 29th - 4.44
July 29th – 2.96
July 29th – 20.32
July 29th - 2.19
August 1st -2.19
August 1 – 7.40
August 1st –2.19
August 1st –7.77
August 1st –2.99
August 1st – 5.18
August 1st -2.19
August 1st –18.50
Total Charges to my credit card: $183.98
I have not received anything from this Scam company. I demand a credit to my Discover card for the $183.98 plus any additional charges and I want to cancel any business dealing with your company.
I will report this to my attorney.
Please contact me ASAP with the date you plan to credit my Discover card and show me proof of the credit.
