I had been a mobile worker, however I was injured fleeing from a client who came to my home. Upon returning, my moblie worker status was revolked and I was assigned a desk in the San Fernando Valley Office. I had difficulty organizing my workspace since other mobile workers used my computer, thinking I was still a mobile worker and the desk was "unassigned". They logged in to my computer station with their personal password. Therefore my password had to be reset almost daily. This also interfered with the use of my time which needed to be used working on court reports, case plans and other computer related activities rather than waiting at my desk for the problem to be corrected. When a client with a criminal history (which most famlies possess) comes to the home of a social worker, causing extreme emotional damage and serious physical damage, the worker should not be treated as "damaged goods". This should be especially true when the worker has been employed 15 years. I am asking for the salary I was denied due to my forced early retirement.
