We went to the dealership intending to buy a car from Texas Nissan. I saw a car online from that dealership in which was a 2009 or 2010 Nissan Altima. Salesman was Kaliha Ali who insisted that okay Alonzo the person who wanted to purchase the car he stated he needed a co -signer. So therefore, you know hungry car salesman will not let you leave they are like vulchers. Every car salesman comes up to us as I am asking Kalija Ali get us the keys to our car we are ready to go. We had been there since 9:30am. Before we could get outside we are asking for the keys to the car in which the keys never came nor did the car that we came in they never brought our car to us. I felt we were being harassed and held up there against our will. They kept hounding and hounding to buy this car. I got fed up so I ask for a manager. They stated we were not getting any keys until Alonzo test drove a 2012 nissan altima. I said no I need a manager when the manager came out he said he was going to call the police on me because I was very upset because we had been asking for these keys to our since 10:30 am. When we were able to leave they finally handed the keys to us. No one should be harassed at a dealership not held against their will. I felt they were very unprofessional and very rude. Then the manager the financial manager jumps up in my face the customer stating he was going to call the police if I did not leave and instead of him listening to the customer about how we have been harrassed he now wants to throw us out after I had been trying to get someone to get him from the first time I felt something is was not right about Texas Nissan. They should not be allowed in business. I will get me a attorney and I will let them deal with them. That was the worst experience in buying a car ever. I will not recommend no one to them.
