I went to the http://thecloseoutscenter.com on 3rd of July http://thecloseoutscenter.com / and ordered cosmetics. They emailed me back with a pricelist and offered a 50% discount on products and sent me an invoice.
25 July - I ordered USD$5,882.50 worth of make up and they sent me an official invoice that I then went and paid full amount by wire transfer from my bank account and gave me these details:

They then sent me shipping documents on 27th July that I later found out were fake when the ship arrived where they said it would arrive and there was no make up or boxes from the close out center onboard.
