A repreentative of theirs came to my door. I purchased some books for my great granddaughter On April 16 I sent them a notice canceling the transaction. On the receipt it states the check will be returned if notice mailed within 3 days from the date of sale. They cashed my check on June 4 rather than returning it to me as promised. I hzbve emasiled them and recevie no rersponse.
On August 24 I called them and they denied I was in their files. However, that could not be true since they cashed my check. I have yet to receive the merchandise or a refund.
