Help... We ordered parts (from Will) & was told we could expect them to be delivered in 3 or 4 days. When we did not receive them on the 13th, we called & was given the order #: 257921 but they couldn't tell us if, or when, they were shipped. From there, we called every day, several times a day, but could not get anyone to help us.in fact they were very rude & hung up on us several times. We were told to submit an email, which we did, 4 times, still no reply. We cannot get any information on if the parts were shipped or how to get our money refunded. Once they got our $, they pretty much have ignored us. Where can we go to get help to resovle this issue?
