I received a letter from the above and a return envelope to send $20.00 to Issuance
Procedures Office in East Northport, N Y
11731-2519. I don't know why so many falls
for this type scam. These people that are
receiving the money are getting rich off
many people that cannot afford the $20.00
requested.
