On 8/8, I ordered a "free" sample of Liposlim and Natural Cleanse, which were advertised as free samples, pay only shipping. Nothing was mentioned about a 2 week trial only. The samples arrived on 8/1o/12 and I have not had time to open the bottles. On 8/22, my bank received a debit of $79.98. I immediately called the company and was told that the 2 week trial period was prominently displayed and therefore I would have to pay. Upon threatening legal action, I was advised they would only charge me 50% and would reimburse $40.00 via check within 7 to 10 days. I explained that the product had not been opened and I would send them back to receive the total amount. They advised me that I would have to do so at my own risk and they would refund the money within 7-10 days after receipt. (I got the distinct impression that the product might not arrive or get lost)
This is a scam that needs to be stopped!!! Thank you.
