My 16 year old daughter signed up for a free trial in August for slimming tablets. She received a second package 21/09 of which she did not want. We rang the company to try and cancel and were put through to automated service and obtained cancellation number but no returns number. I sent and email 25/09 asking to cancel any order and returned the package with all it's contents 25/09 first class.
On checking her bank account we discovered that this company had taken the following ammounts from her bank account

Total £234.36
I have had to cancel her debit card details and put a block on this supplier with the bank. WE recieved the second package 21/09 and it was returned 25/09.
I have emailed the company [email protected] and requested a refund for at least the second consignment but have heard nothing back.
Please could you help/advise on this matter.
