I have a holiday package with voyager travel in spain. We were phoned by a rosie holmes from intertavel saying they had a buyer for our package she said due to spanish law we would have to send £1.937.13. To them as a guarantee to go through with the transaction. Which we would get back when the transaction was conpleted. A week later she informed us due to spanish law we would have to pay tax on the sale of £1816.58 which we sent to them. We contacted them a couple of days later and they said they were waiting for us to be given a tax code since then they have not answered there email which is [email protected] or phone. 0034603261233. The tax was handled by the notario depositos gestoria asesoria notarios and by a sra sofia suarez garcia. Of there legal department, p/no. 0034603163992. Who we also can not get any reply from.
