Voyager Travel Club, contacted me by telephone before or on 12-29 and Voyage sold me and my husband a Airline package for $199.00 only for joining their Travel Club.
This Company is very misleading to its customers - Not telling the truth about their companies scam upfront.
We were told by the Voyager salesperon that this was the only expense and we had two years to use this Package.
We were not told that there was a $30.00 Booking fee.
We were not told of a required Hotel stay
We were not told od another additional $250.00 for taxes and required Hotel stay.
We were not told that there was a second company involved - World Adventure Booking - Located in CA
This company (World Aventure Bookings) was suppose to make the travel Arrangements.
World Adventure Bookings is the second Company involved in this scam asking for money ($250.00) - We did not pay.
We paid Voyager $199.00 $30.00 Booking fees.
We have contacted this company requesting our money back - $229.00
Voyager Travel Club was dishonest with us and did not provide us with the service they sold to us for the price they promised.
We have had no response from the Voyager Travel Club.
