Three Unauthorized iTunes Charges Totaling $59.99

Received my bank statement today, 8-22-12, saw three unauthorized charges from Apple iTunes: Aug 2 for $19.99, Aug 4 for $20.00 and Aug 20 for $20.00... I have never ordered anything like this. I do not own anything that pertains to me ordering anything like this. This is fraud and I want my money back!!! It's a shame there are so many crooks in the world!

This company (Pure Health) also claims the only way I can get out of auto-scheduling is to pay them $170. Else, they will send me more products, on a scheduled basis, and rack up more charges.
