I responded to a job that sounded ideal for what I was looking for and very compatible with my qualifications. I filled out an employee screening which is not uncommon with larger businesses and a subsequent screen popped up to have me get a credit report. I am always offended when people utilize something as a tool to make themselves money when so many people are out there looking for jobs. This is insulting to the person looking for a job and the job website. Please take caution in responding to anything from this company, and know that companies that forward you to another site to ask you for a credit report will not be legitimate. If a company for some reason would like to have your credit score, they would have the means to pull this score in their office with your permission at the time of a personal interview.
