Consumer Report

I ordered a pair of Report Divan boots for my daughter. I paid with paypal but have not received merchandise. Say all of these complaints and contacted paypal for a refund today. I received a paypal receipt and money was sent from my checking acct. I m also trying to contact seller but not too hopeful about hearing back from them.
