Phone call harrassment billing

I named the Federal Trade Commission concerning the continuous telephone calls from these clowns. FTC refferred me to Customer Protection Agency who created observe that after you have delivered a certifed notice towards the harassing company to avoid any futher contact, that's the authorized point where they'd better begin hearing as you will find anti-harassment laws in position that they can be researched when they proceed past that time, thus, the licensed notice may be the range drwn within the mud!!!
