Chain of hope offered free nuddering, a freind took his two puppys to them to get then fixed. They did the nuddering, then tried to get him to give up the puppys for adoption. When he told them no, they charged him 500 dollars. And would not give the puppys back till he can up with the money.
The service that was suposed to be free all of sudden costs 500 dollars, that smells like a scam to me. Using children and animals in a scam is something an act of a low life my friend is very hurt by this, me i am just plain pissed off by these low life con artists.
My advice is avoid haveing anything to do with these type of low lifes, who pretend to be helping animals but are only helping themselves.
