On 7/11 I purchased two different products from NutriCell. Upon not receiveng any product by 3rd week of July I called the toll free number 1-866-953-2355 and the number was disconnected. Then I searched the web page and found a new toll free number and proceeded to call that number. The man on that call told me to watch for the product by the next week. Well, no product had arrived by the end of the next week. So I did call back again and receive a number from that man it was 1-866-271-4707 which was an advocate number for the customer compalint department. That number was a lot of music playing and also computerized system on that call told me they had a lot of calls coming in and to leave a name and number and they would get back to me. Well, as of today 8/19 no one has called. I am afraid that this company is bad and the web site could be a fraud. I intend to notify my credit card company about this. Thank You Ivy
