Hired Neighbors Moving to move us from Vermont to West Virginia. They then hired Able out of Chicago (owner, Jeremy Mondell) who not only did NOT deliver or two storage units (only one), but had the audacity to charge us for $884 more for supposed "repacking", which we found out later, never occurred. They violated the regulations by demanding a certified check at the point of delivery, or would not deliver our things. We filed complaints with the FMCSA and are suing Mr. Mondell and his company for money we believe was stolen from us.By the way, they never did go back for the "overflow", which they said they would. Mr. Mondell is now saying they delivered everything. Stay far, far away from this company.
