I used to love going to JB RObinson for my diamonds. I used to call it the ice store! Have had many great experiences there over the years with my husband. This last time was a terrible experience. It was so bad I will never go back and I will always let people know how they treat people there. They have a salesperson names Rashaad at the Eastland Mall location, who is a terrible terrible person. He is one of those people who will get aggrevated with you and whisper hateful things under his breath. Just loud enough for you to hear. He called me and my daughter " (Inappropriate Content Removed)" now I do not know if he even knows what this means because my family is Dominican. Anyway it really upset me and I will never be back. The worst thing is having to explain to my daughter what a " (Inappropriate Content Removed)" is. Thanks JB Robinson.
