On Sept a high pressure salesman sold me on a contract with Richs food plan stating if something came up, such as a loss of a job, I could get out of this. Wrong. I have been recently laid off and called and they state it is in the hands of a financial company and there is nothing they can do. I have paid off and stopped my food service but still owe on their so called overhead contract which was 2800.00 with a 19.9% interest rate. I called Rich's and asked what this covered and the best she could explain is that it is an insurance so I can always order from them. (What?) I stated that I could have done alot of shopping with that money and that I was filing a complaint. She said do what I have to. This is a warning for anyone thinking about using this company, don't.
