A debit charge of $67.00 appeared on my electronic bank statement. My bank is central pacific bank in hilo hi. They said they would conduct an investigation and replace the money five days into the investigation - i just want to make sure this gets resolved - i also cancelled my debit card and am waiting for a new one in 2 weeks - but i have no idea how they did this or to prevent it in the future - will i have to stop buying on line - and will this even work?
