I orderd the free sample of the slim tone plus when the sample arrived i read the leaflet and found that it was not any use for me as i suffer from depression so i was going to cancal it but my dog got ill and i totally forgot to cancal it so i rung them up to cancal it after they took 37.50 and 75.00 i spoke to customer service to see if i could get my money back they informed me that because i had not cancalled within 14 days i would lose the money i had already paid for the free trial. They also told me that in my free trail they had sent me had my first months supply which i was not happy about as i thought the first month would come seprate. I then find out that they have taken another 37.50 on the same day as the 75.00 i rung to find out way and they said it was for the patches that came with the free trial. I can not belive that are companys out there doing this to sometimes desprate people and i think something should be done about it because the more people let them get away with this the more it will happen. I did offer to send the product back as it was no use to me but they would not take the items back. I now intend to ring trade-in-standads it my not get me anywhere but something has to be done.
