I ordered some beats from here and when they got here they were all scrached up, and one side of the earphone didnt work at all. Also they arnt loud enough as theresuposed to be!
I paid $137and i try calling back to return them and they dont answer they say the phones out of service. I dont know what to do and I just want my money back. It was suposed to be a birthday present for my boyfriend this September 4th and now I have nothing!
