Cannot Sign In or Cancel Membership Charges

I've been trying to cancel this so called membership that keeps appearing on my card so I try to see my credit and I can't sign in and when I call the person on the other end says ok we'll cancel but I need more information. Stupid people I can use that money to put food on the table for my children not for you to just take my money!!!
