This 'company' sent me a text on 7/27 calling themselves events2cell, offering 3 texts per week regarding events in my area. This was followed by several follow up texts. I ignored/deleted these texts, assuming them to be spam. This company then signed me up without my permission, charging $9.99 tax to my cell provider (AT&T).
