Purchased a new 2007 Seadoo GTX Wake edition in July. The cost of the Seadoo was $18,000. I was just advised this week that the Supercharger on this model is defective and needs to be repaired every 100 hours, at a cost of $850 Seadoo has been trying to repair this problem but are not able to yet. I called to complain and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer the call was told that they cannot do anything for me, I asked for the presidents phone number and the customer service guy said he didn't have it. Most certainly not consumer friendly. I will never buy another Seadoo product in my life and will discourage anyone from buying this companies products. No wonder they are having financial issues.
