Ordered dvd box set of little house on the prairie for a friend, the money was taken out on the 10/07. Which equated to $125. Have not received anything from them, no phone call, or any emails!!!
Have tried on numerus occasions to get in touch with them. (www.tvdvdboxset.co.uk) With no avail.
Can you please help try and retrieve the money that i have lost, and i think others as well have also lost money!!
