On 13.09.12 I went with my child at 10 am in to the Corby swimming pool. I change my clothes, check my phone and leave the changing room, putt my stuff in to the locker and checked twice and went to swim.
After 30 minutes, when I came back my locker was open and I realise that my wallet with all my cards, partner card, money and my two weeks used iPhone was stolen.
I was in shock and I told it to reception, after that came out security guide and show me that my locker is working fine so let me think that I'm stupid, no ones take it and the swimming pool don't care. Told me to report it to police, that's it. He was rude and even throw me out. Honesly I'm in shock still about all this. New, I spend half a day and money for calling to block all my cards, to police, to insurance etc. And insurance told me that I will have to pay 100 pounds for - maybe -refurbished phone.
How it can be, that somebody can rubbed me and its my fault? They even didn't checked the cameras. And in the cameras also can see that I checked double my locker. I want compensation from them in full amount of my phone and wallet and I'm didn't asking for moral compensation, that now I have to live without phone, bank cards etc. Security guide job duties is to look in the cameras. Pleas replay to me ASAP. My phone cost 864,100 I have to pay to insurance, wallet coast 23 plus 7 pounds inside.
