I'm the natural mother of Kiersten Shaffer. I never gave up my parental rights. Dyfs was called in about my daughter. As a mother I was never notified with out my acknowledgement. Dyfs was in out of my life for 23 years. I signed their contracts. They promised me my children back and never produced. I'd like to know what happen to my rights. I never gave up on my children and I never will. Is their system. I know it's not me.
